Fair Road Professional Park is a multi-phase Class A office plaza that caters primarily to the medical profession. The development is conveniently located in Statesboro, Georgia on Highway 67 one mile south of Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and one and a half miles south of East Georgia Regional Medical Center.

Martin & Rule, Architects designed and Pearce Building Systems constructed the two structural steel and brick veneer buildings that presently occupy the site. These well landscaped buildings are of 18,000 and 11,650 square feet and were constructed in 2003 and 2007 respectively. A third building is planned. When completed, Fair Road Professional Park will incorporate nearly 50,000 square feet of office and retail space.
